José P. Orozco is the Director of Operations for Ideal Care LLC, a family-owned HCBS agency serving over 500 families in the Phoenix area. With nearly three decades of experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, his dedication stems from his journey as a father to his 30-year-old son, Joshua, who is also on the spectrum.  José’s journey began as a young immigrant who arrived in the United States at age six. After navigating the public school system and earning his graduate education, he became a teacher. In 2014, he transitioned from teaching to co-founding Ideal Care LLC with his wife, Gabby, driven by their shared passion for supporting families with disabilities, particularly those in the Spanish-speaking community.

In addition to his work at Ideal Care, José is a leader in his local church, The Experience, where he leads the men’s ministry and actively supports his faith community. He also volunteers as a member of GANE, Arizona’s largest Spanish-speaking support group for families with disabilities, providing guidance and advocacy for thousands of families over the past 20 years. When not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors and hiking. His unwavering dedication to his community, faith, and family makes him a valued Hispanic Liberty Alliance Advisory Board member.
