Born in the historic port city of Veracruz, Mexico, Victor E. Ojeda grew up surrounded by the energy of commerce, culture, and international exchange that defines one of Mexico’s most important coastal gateways. From an early age, he developed a natural curiosity about how organizations operate and how people work together to build successful enterprises.

With a passion for technology and business, Victor pursued a degree in Computer Systems Engineering at the University of the Americas. This foundation opened the door to a career that would eventually span more than thirty years across consulting, corporate finance, information technology, and business management.

Throughout his professional journey, Victor has worked with global organizations across North America, leading complex projects and helping companies improve performance, strengthen processes, and implement strategic technologies. His experience includes leadership roles with multinational companies such as IBM, Fujitsu America, T-Systems, Honeywell International, Smithfield Foods Group, Volkswagen Group of America, Bridgestone Americas, and several others. In these roles, he led multicultural teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and implemented large-scale business and technology initiatives.

Victor later founded Prosperity & Co., LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and businesses strengthen their operations, improve processes, and build sustainable growth strategies. Through Prosperity & Co., he has provided consulting, coaching, and training services to more than a hundred businesses across several U.S. states, helping organizations enhance productivity and achieve long-term stability. Under his leadership, the firm successfully achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, demonstrating its commitment to quality management and continuous improvement.

Victor’s professional philosophy combines strategic thinking with a strong belief in service, leadership, and collaboration. Known for his calm approach to solving complex challenges, he has coached professionals at all organizational level, from executive teams and CEOs to project managers and operational staff.

Beyond his corporate and consulting work, Victor is deeply committed to community engagement and leadership development. He frequently participates as a speaker, mentor, and advisor in programs focused on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and business growth. His presentations and workshops have been delivered through organizations such as Local First Arizona, the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the Consulate General of Mexico in Phoenix.

Outside of his professional life, Victor enjoys a rich and balanced personal life. He is happily married and the proud father of a daughter who is currently completing her university studies. In his free time, he enjoys playing the piano, singing in his church choir, hiking, cycling and traveling,  activities that reflect his belief in maintaining both personal well-being and community connection.

Today, Victor continues to dedicate his time to helping entrepreneurs and organizations build stronger businesses, believing that when companies thrive, communities prosper as well.
