Yvette Serino

Yvette is a professional singer/musician born in Tucson, Arizona, and raised in the border town of Nogales, Arizona. Yvette is a Season 5 Hollywood Finalist for American Idol, Winner of Mariachi Idol 2010, and Radio Star Winner 2005.

Yvette is most famous for her rendition of the “National Anthem” and had the honor to perform on several occasions for a former U.S. President and Vice-president, along with countless local and federal law enforcement and non-profit, sporting events in Arizona.

She is a mother and an advocate for Hispanics and their families. She has a long family history in politics in local and state, federal law enforcement, and government. Yvette followed her Grandfather Anthony “Tony” Serino and her mother’s footsteps and served publicly working in local and county, state government for 18 years. She loves volunteer work and giving back to her community always there to lend a helping hand whether it be promoting small businesses and advocating to adopt shelter pets or giving back to the local food bank. 

Yvette is a Catechist at her parish and previously served as a Deputy Strategic Initiatives Director for a political campaign.
